From being born in Boise, to growing up in the small town of Fruitland and graduating as a BSU Bronco, Idaho is my home now and always has been! My family and I now reside in Caldwell, embracing the slower country living of Canyon County while I still get to experience the energy in downtown Boise at the Pennecard Real Estate office! I've been with Pennecard Real Estate for over 3 years, starting

as a licensed assistant, I dove into the backend of real estate creating a solid foundation of education and how to best help clients prior to transitioning into an agent in 2022. Outside the real estate world, you'll find me navigating the joys of parenthood with my non-stop, adorable little boy, Everett, alongside my dedicated firefighter husband, Ian. Our love for the outdoors takes us to the mountains for hiking, skiing, hot springs, camping and lake days, always accompanied by our beloved fur baby, Dennis - our 90-pound "puppy." I'm an avid podcast enthusiast (Mel Robbins and Jay Shetty are just a couple of my favorites), watcher of all food competition shows (especially holiday editions) and love summer concerts whether at the Ford Idaho Center Amphitheatre or the free concert at Tuesday's on the Creek in Caldwell! Being a realtor, the best part of what I do is help people transition from one chapter in life to the next whether it's helping them buy their first home, last home or an investment property. It's not always an easy transition or situation, but having the opportunity to help my clients take a big step in their lives while making the process as simple, smooth and exciting or relieving as possible is why I love what I do.

Update on the parking meters in Caldwell! 🚘

The installation of parking meters has begun in downtown Caldwell. This installation kicks off the introduction of paid parking as a proactive measure aimed at optimizing parking turnover to better accommodate visitors and shoppers frequenting the bustling city center. By encouraging downtown employees and long-term parkers to utilize spaces a block or two away, we aim to alleviate congestion and enhance pedestrian mobility throughout downtown Caldwell. The cost will be $1 per hour. The pay-by-plate pay stations will accept coins, credit/debit cards, mobile apps, or digital wallets such as Google Pay. Sundays and holidays are free. ADA parking will be free (requires proper disabled parking placard). There will be free parking along the railroad tracks for downtown business employees. Paid parking will begin sometime in May.
