Hello Everyone,
I want you to know how much I appreciate all of you! I have taken some time off and have been out of touch playing in Arizona, but I'll be back in Idaho again after April 6th or so! Thank you all for allowing me to take a break!

It appears the market is softening as I have seen properties come on the market and they are for the most part, reasonable!

It is so refreshing to see price corrections and the calming of the real estate market. The price drops will more than make up for the interest rate hikes.
I'm considering adding an agent or two to my brokerage and that will be very helpful.
