Boise Regional REALTORS® (BRR) has hired Ryan Swinney as its next CEO. Ryan will succeed current BRR CEO Lisa Martin who recently announced she is retiring in the Fall. Ryan will start as BRR CEO in early September, 2026. Ryan returns to Idaho, where he previously served as the Association Executive of Western Magic Valley REALTORS (Twin Falls). The Idaho REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award recognizes members who have made an extraordinary impact through personal volunteer efforts. This is about individual contribution and personal time invested — not company-wide initiatives.

IDAHO REALTORS® ARE AWARDING ONE $4,000, TWO $3,000, AND FIVE $1,500 SCHOLARSHIPS — $17,500 IN TOTAL AWARDS.

Scholarship opportunities are available to high school seniors and full-time students (12+ credits) enrolled in a college, university, or equivalent full-time students in a vocational-technical school, for the 2026-2027 school year. Students must be a United States citizen to apply.

Preference will be given to students:
Studying real estate or a related field
Attending colleges, universities, or trade schools within the state of Idaho
Past or present employees of a REALTOR® office or Affiliate business
Family members of Affiliates or REALTORS® that are active members of Idaho REALTORS®
