Michelle and Rebecca get honest about what courage actually looks like in day-to-day real estate — asking the hard question, delivering difficult news, and pushing past the instinct to play it safe. Michelle opens up about the risk it took to hire Rebecca more than a decade ago, and Rebecca turns the interview around to ask Michelle about the moments in her own career, including raising a family as a single mom in a commission-based business, that took the most courage of all.
