Today we’re celebrating an incredibly special milestone, Sarah Lett’s 10 year anniversary with Front Porch Properties. ❤️🏡
Over the last decade, Sarah has truly done it all. She started as an Inside Sales Associate, became a transaction coordinator, stepped into the Director of Operations role, and eventually became a full-time agent and co-owner of the Front Porch team.
Through every role, one thing has always stayed the same: her commitment to outstanding communication and an “above and beyond” level of service for our clients and team members.
Sarah is the reason our systems run smoothly, our operations stay organized, and our client experience remains the top priority in everything we do. Her attention to detail, leadership, work ethic, and heart behind this business have helped shape Front Porch into what it is today.
She’s not only our top producing agent, but also one of the top agents in Idaho. Her years of consistent hard work and care for her clients are also evidenced by her addition to the Agent Leadership Council for 2026, which is an elite group!
