Ada county market update this week! Inventory was slightly lower and demand was slightly higher than this time last year. Prices have gone up and days on market have gone down. This is just a simple supply and demand. If you are ready to sell your home call me!

Rates this week are higher 6's for Conventional and lower/mid 6's for VA/FHA

Elmore County update this week, demand has gone up quite a bit out in Mountain home, due to Micron coming in and housing being cheaper out that way. Prices have increase in value 14% on existing homes since this time last year and if demand stays like this its only going to go up. Good news for my sellers out in mountain home! Buyers it's not too late to get in before prices go up.

Congratulation to my first time home buyers Larry and Jada!!! Creekside mortgage came in clutch on this deal last minute and got it done! Larry made me hold the Spanish sign because I made him pose with all the Spanish signs since he’s the one that speaks Spanish I thought it was funny 🤣🤣 congratulations guys!!
