- Ada County remained the most active market, with 658 homes sold and a median sales price of $579,900. Homes spent an average of just 30 days on market.
- Canyon County continues to offer a lower median price point at $420,000, while still seeing steady activity with 273 homes sold and an average of 31 days on market.
- Market conditions vary quite a bit by county, with average days on market ranging from 30 days in Ada County to 46 days in Gem County, reinforcing how important it is to look at local data when buying or selling.
