To those that knew and loved Virginia L. Baltzor of Jordan Valley, Oregon, Alan Schroeder and I provide our sincere condolences to the Baltzor family, friends and relatives. Virginia passed peacefully at her home in Caldwell on February 11, 2026. She was 91 years old. We understand there will not be any funeral or burial services for Virginia. That is what she wanted which is so like the quiet elegance of Virginia. She will be buried next to her husband, Frank “Allen” Baltzor, who previously passed in 2015, at the Jordan Valley Cemetery. We felt compelled to make this post so others would know of her passing and invite others to say a prayer for her and those that loved her. Rest in Peace Virginia.
