I had the privilege of helping another one of my past students and his amazing wife buy their very first home!🏡

We found a gorgeous home that was absolutely perfect for them, and we were able to make the deal even sweeter with:

✔️$10,000 in seller concessions
✔️Premium home warranty
✔️A big check back at closing

Helping two of my greatest friends buy their very first home in Boise was such a special one for me💛

After countless showings and staying patient through a competitive market, I finally got to hand them the keys to the perfect house.

We went up against multiple offers and still came out on top, and were able to lock in an amazing 5.3% interest rate for them. After renting for years getting the keys to a place that was truly theirs made it all worth it.

I had the honor of helping one of my former students, one of my good friends, and a fellow Air Force Crew Chief become a homeowner this week. This closing was especially meaningful to me because it felt incredibly full circle watching someone I once taught reach such a huge milestone…..I had to beg him to let me document the moment.

After being tired of throwing money away on rent, he was ready to finally invest in himself, his future, and a place to truly call his own — and we made it happen:

✔️ Only $2,500 out of pocket
✔️ $7,500 in seller concessions
✔️ Every repair request completed before move-in
✔️ Appraised ABOVE purchase price, giving him instant equity on day one

So proud of this guy and grateful I got to be part of it.

Lately I’ve been trying to slow down and enjoy the little things… like a really good cup of coffee and a cozy spot to sit for a while ☕️�.grounds has quickly become one of those places for me. Great drinks, the best atmosphere, and just an all-around good vibe.
