The Word says, Who would begin construction of a building without first calculating the cost to see if there is enough money to finish it? Otherwise, you might complete only the foundation before running out of money, and then everyone would laugh at you. They would say, ‘There’s the person who started that building and couldn’t afford to finish it!’

While I was out showing an investor a couple of potential properties in Racine today, I caught something...

We purchased our first duplex rental property and got our first tenant! Investing in rental properties has been a dream of mine my whole life- and it's finally coming to fruition.

I wanted to take a moment to share the excitement of hitting this major milestone, and also to thank those who helped make it possible. Investing in real estate is truly a team effort, and I'm grateful to have wonderful partners, friends, and family who have provided support and guidance along the way.

But most importantly, I want to thank my first tenant for taking a chance on my property and becoming my first renter. It's such a joy to know that my investment is creating a happy home for someone and providing a steady income stream at the same time.

As I continue on this journey and look for more real estate opportunities, I hope to provide this same level of quality living and investment potential to even more individuals and families.
