Being a mom is a business in itself. Running a business as a mother takes some patience, prayer and planning.

It takes work to do both and at times one suffers and possible both because you’re trying to figure it out. I see you doing your best to make them all work and to be honest it will take some time to get in a rhythm. There will be times when you are thriving and other times surviving. You may also run into times where you’re just making it moment by moment.

In any case learn from each situation and do your best. I’m rooting for you.

As a seller there’s a cost that you incur to sell your home. Don’t get caught without the money you need to sell your home.

As a seller you pay the listing agent (sellers agent) and the buyers agent commission.

There are closing cost that you will have such as attorney fees, cost if you purchase a new home, etc.

Transfer tax is for certain cities where the seller will pay a transfer tax to get the house transferred over or both the buyer and seller will pay it.

Property taxes are paid in advance so these will be paid if they have not already been paid.

Home warranty’s for the buyer can help them to be able to afford any future repairs with out paying an arm and leg.

Moving cost for your future move can be a cost unless you plan to do it yourself.

Cant go to bed without thinking about . We had tacos for dinner tonight and they were yummy. A little heartburn (pregnant and certain seasonings just don’t mix🥴). Tacos can be a great staple for dinner because you can change up the ingredients any way you choose. The options are endless😋.

It’s the kitchen for me. Moms need a kitchen that allows them room to move around when everyone is in there. Having a small kitchen can cause frustration because it can be hard to get around. Also having enough cabinet space is important also.

Quick story.....in our first apartment we had a bowling alley style kitchen and it was tight. I didn’t have enough cabinets nor did I have much space for anyone, but me to be in there at one time. When we decided we would purchase a home I said I would not want to go back to a kitchen that size. Now I don’t currently have my dream kitchen, but more than myself can be in there without feeling like I can’t breathe.

It always good to have an inspiration of what you want. Pinterest is a great place to look for inspiration.

Don’t be caught in the kitchen feeling down because you don’t have enough space.
