Another successful story ✨

We initially offered $455K which was the asking price. Due to high demand, the listing side increased the price to $462K, which suddenly made our offer look weak. 😔

My buyers immediately wanted to raise their offer — but I advised them to stay calm and let the home go. 🧿

The property went under contract.

But for some reason… I just knew this home was meant to be theirs.

One day later, their contract was cancelled.

Some of my clients think I do magic — but I’m a massive believer that whatever is meant to happen, happens.

By the way, the sellers still wanted $462K. My buyers were willing to go higher. But I kept negotiating it down.

We secured the home at $455K with an additional $2K credit toward closing costs.

And then the appraisal came in at $465K.

That’s when we knew — every bit of patience, strategy, and persistence was worth it.

Huge congratulations to my buyers on their first home 🏡✨
