We have a smaller, 2 br/1.5 ba home in Humansville about to be completely ready for move-in. It has a large detached garage and is on an oversized lot. We are felon-friendly and accept animals; the heat is wood stove and the electric is Liberty Utilities. Water is City of Humansville. We love our long-term tenants and would like to find another one for this place.

It's been quite awhile since we've had an opening, sorry on posts about it in a bit. We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, remodeled house in Bolivar for rent, starting August 1st. Base rent is $725, deposit is typically one month's rent, pending background checks.

We were organizing our donations section and it reminded me to post and let everyone know that we DO keep baby formula in stock here year-round for people who might need it. We don't ask questions or judge anyway; yes, we know WIC does formula, but over the past decade of doing this, we've found that (surprisingly) not all babies eat the same amount! haha. Some run out of formula before they can get new vouchers; and if some gets spilled out or accidentally gets wet or left somewhere, those can't get replaced. And sometimes, people miss the cutoff for WIC and making sure their babies have food puts people in a tight spot sometimes. We do NOT care what the reason; if you need formula, we are happy to give it away. No parent should ever be shamed for needing something to take care of their babies, and no baby should EVER go hungry, with as many people out there who can do something about it.

In addition to the formula, we also have cereal sometimes, diapers, wipes, and "baby" stuff (at one point we had a breast pump, bottles, ni***es and other baby items as well).

I won't get into the politics of it on here, and if you have a negative opinion about this situation or seem to think your moral outrage over this is somehow more important than making sure a baby gets fed, you can keep it to yourself and can also "sit and spin" as my parents generation used to say. The only reason I added that is that historically, there's always someone who has something awful to say about mothers in need, or people not having kids they can't afford, or "socialism" or some other nonsense. So save it, I just don't wanna hear it lol.

NO baby should ever go hungry, anywhere, and especially not in an area with as much as we have here. I'll go to my grave saying that and making sure there's always something here for "the least of these." Again--no questions asked, no judgement at all, and if you struggle with anxiety or something that keeps you from wanting to come in and ask, call our store number (417) 777-4FUN (4386) and we will bring it out to you.

I have a house for rent! Fully remodeled, cute little 2 br 1 ba in Humansville. Rent is $725, deposit is 1st and last month’s rent. I am pet and felon friendly (We do background checks but being in trouble and trying to turn your life around should not hinder your ability to find a place to live). If you message me with an interest, I will need the full legal name of all parties over 18 who will be staying there, so please make sure to include that in your message. On case-by-case basis I will work with people on deposits as well, so it doesn't hurt to ask if you need help!

We comply with all the federal housing guidelines and other legalese that we are expected to in regards to places to live, but really, REALLY do NOT rent to people who have animal cruelty charges or a legal history that includes abuse or neglect towards animals of any kind, for any reason.

Hello!

We have an opening! We have been working to fix and make ready a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home in Humansville, on Mary St. It is currently available, and we are taking in information from people who have messaged us about places previously, but also those interested now. It has a large garage/shop on the property, along with a spacious yard. A nice and large porch are on the front of the trailer, and a new deck is on the back.

We have recently repaired issues with the roof, the floor and the plumbing. The home has a wood stove for heat and uses window air conditioners for cooling. The home does not come furnished with appliances included; however, if there are appliances in the home, the tenants may use them free of charge until they are able to replace them. The landlord is not responsible for the appliances or their functioning.

As with all our properties, we offer this location as an "all-inclusive." This means that the water, sewer, trash, electric and yard maintenance are included in the rent. For this reason, we often hear people complaining that our "rent is too high." It is unfortunate that they don't read that all the bills are included, but such is life. The rent for the location is $900 per month.

As with all our properties, pets are allowed--with a pet deposit; we do not care if you are a felon or have a rough rental history, we will work with almost anyone. This is the part that I often consider NOT saying, but here goes: we do NOT do a background check. This means if you have a rough rental history, have been in trouble with the law, are in bankruptcy, etc., we will not judge you as we won't know. Everyone deserves a second chance, and maybe this is the opportunity for someone to get back on track and dig in and start over. Deposit is the same as one month's rent, and has to be paid in FULL before moving in; on rare occasions we will split it up, and you are free to ask about that. For people who have pets, I expect you to treat your animals with respect. Animal abuse or neglect is an immediate eviction. We are dog fans in my family, and if you are mean to a dog or purposefully neglectful, you will get an eviction notice and a new enemy on the same day.

The address for the location is 401 N. Mary St. It is currently empty, so tours can be scheduled if someone wants to do so. The space is available IMMEDIATELY, As with all our properties, we rent on a first-come, first-serve basis, and don't hold a place for a person without a very compelling reason. Essentially, the first person that puts money in our hands and signs the contract for lease, gets the home. This is NOT one of the properties that we are also offering to sell to tenants on an owner finance/lease option to purchase basis.

Due to an upcoming vacancy, we have a house in Humansville available for rent. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. The tenants are moving out on October 12th, and then we will begin a remodel processing that should take a week to ten days. I'd like to have a new set of tenants lined up to move in as soon as the remodeling is done, so please don't hesitate to message me if you are interested. We don't have pictures currently and will show it as soon as the other tenants are out of the home.

As with all of our properties, we DO allow pets--with a pet deposit and a monthly "pet rent" of $25. All of our properties also include water, sewer, electric, trash and yardwork. It's a one-bill living situation. The house is propane heat and window AC, so staying cool is on me! The monthly rent is $950 (which includes all the bills), which is the same as the deposit. I DO work with people on the deposit.

We are happy to work with felons (everyone deserves a second chance!), we just ask that our tenants try to be respectful of the property, no matter what your background.

The entire electric was replaced two years ago, the entire plumbing system this past year, a new hot water heater, new propane wall heater, new flooring and insulation. The tenants are moving out in the next 30 days, so I'd like to have a new set of tenants lined up to move in as soon as they are out. We don't have pictures currently and won't show it until we get the chance to get it in "make-ready" condition; we prefer to not bother the current tenants as they are preparing to move out.

As with all of our properties, we DO allow pets--with a pet deposit and a monthly "pet rent" of $25. All of our properties also include water, sewer, electric, trash and yardwork. It's a one-bill living situation. The house is propane heat and window AC, so staying cool is on me! The monthly rent is $1100 (which includes all the bills), which is the same as the deposit. I DO work with people on the deposit.

Also in Humansville, we have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom trailer for rent. It has the same deal as the above house with all the bills paid; however, the heat is not propane, so the entirety of the energy use is covered by the landlord. The all-inclusive rent for this property is $850. We do allow pets, and the deposit is $850. The outside of the trailer will need more work done to it, but we chose to finish/fix the interior to get someone from our waiting list a place to live, and we can follow up with the exterior changes that need to be made.

NOTE: The trailer is one of the few properties that we have a "lease option to purchase" available for. If you'd like the opportunity to own your own home while I carry the note, shoot me a message!

Hello! We have an opening that will be coming available by July 15th. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom HOUSE in Humansville on an oversized lot, with a shed/garage/outbuilding that comes with it. It has mature trees that offer shade and in a very quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. We will be replacing the floors in it, painting, bringing plumbing and electric up-to-date.

Rent will include: Water, sewer, trash and electric service, and is $1200 per month. House is propane heat, with a large in-room furnace that heats the entire home. AC is by window units (which we provide one)--and with us covering the electric bill, no need to worry about what that will cost you!

As with all our properties, pets are allowed with a pet deposit; we do not care if you are a felon or have a rough rental history, we will work with almost anyone. Deposit is the same as one month's rent, and has to be paid in FULL before moving in. At this time, it is not available for tours inside (as we have some work to do--the last tenant essentially destroyed it), but if you are interested in the property, message me and I will give you the address and you can drive by.

For those of you who have been asking, I have a property coming available June 1st. It is a trailer in Humansville; 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Our rent is all-inclusive, meaning that it covers the rent, water, sewer and electric. Total per month is $900. We do not do background checks on our tenants, as a lot of people who deserve a second chance, are often denied places to rent on that basis. We DO allow pets, with a pet deposit. Deposit is the same as first month's rent, and must be paid prior to moving in.
