I'm excited to now officially be a Ramsey Trusted real estate agent!

The decision to buy or sell a home is oftentimes the largest financial decision an individual will make. Because of that, it's important to make that decision wisely.

In my own experience as a home owner and an agent, I've seen how purchasing and selling wisely can help build wealth and financial security. I've also seen the flip side of the coin where it becomes a burden and financial stressor. I've made plenty of financial mistakes, but by God's grace he's used those mistakes to grow me and bring me to where I am today.

Helping clients make wise financial decisions, especially in buying and selling homes, is a passion I'm blessed to be able to pursue.

I get it, reimagining a space can be tough.

Small changes can create big opportunity, and a little imagination goes a long way. In case you’re curious, the flooring I’ve edited this photo with is Select Surfaces laminate flooring from Sam’s. It’s a water tight laminate currently on sale at Sam’s for $1.54/sq ft. With a 1391 sq ft house, accounting for 10% spoilage, that’s under $2,600 after tax. That’s it! How about paint? Approximately $75/gallon, and 10 gallons should do the trick. Light fixtures? Account for a few hundred dollars. With a little hard work, it’s possible to completely change the feel of this home and still be under $4,000.
