Happy closing day, Dario! What a smooth transaction! I met Dario through a friend who’s done business with me before who recommended me to him - the best feeling ever! It’s sunny and 70 in February, and we get to celebrate with a great closing!

One more! Amy’s family sold and bought a new house right before Thanksgiving!

Is this real life? Lots to reflect on later, but for now - we sold and bought houses! And, yes, the man I need buys real estate with me. If a relationship can survive a move, it can survive anything!
