ors! We offer the BEST of both worlds by being walking distance to the secluded Trout Lake where you’ll have access to a remote lake known for its beauty and tranquility. It was named Trout Lake due to its high volume of lake and rainbow trout (don’t forget the bait!). The picturesque Trout Lake is about 254 acres in size, max depth of 75 feet, shore length of about 3.7 miles and a 50-horsepower motor limit on this lake. We have a quaint sandy beach area (deeded beach/lake rights) and firepit along with a shallow entrance to Trout Lake access for safe swimming, kayaking, fishing, floating, etc. We even have a convenient, private parking area directly next to our beach if you would rather drive back and forth. Our super clean & cozy home is two floors with central air conditioning and forced hot air heat. It has 3 bedrooms (Brand NEW King, Queen, Double bunks), 2.5 baths, 2 screened in porches, and about 1,600+ square feet of living space. It is perfect for one or two families and sleeps ten comfortably in beds (6 adults max and 4 children). Amazing Acorn is fully equipped, and cabinets are completely stocked so you can just pack your bags and visit. We have a large 60 in Smart TV in the family room, kids’ room, and upstairs bedroom along with TV and cable in Master Bedroom. Amazing Acorn has super reliable Wi-Fi powered by 200M High Speed Internet, home phone and cable TV services all protected by an automatic 22kw Generac generator and washer/dryer on the first floor. Work from home in comfort and privacy with our dedicated work area (desk, printer, office chair, large monitor, etc.) We provide sheets, blankets, bath towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, washer, dryer, laundry detergent, Weber 4-burner gas grill on our paver patio, dishes, pots, pans, crockpot, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, garbage bags, seasoned chopped firewood, traditional coffee maker and Keurig, extra Air Mattress, dish/hand soap and weekly trash/recycling services. We even have items you might have forgotten such as spices, olive oil, hand sanitizer, beach towels/chairs, beach umbrella, floats, condiments, pump for inflatables, life vests, snow sleds, etc. We cannot forget to mention our games and sport equipment such as “Kan Jam”, Corn hole, bocce ball, volleyball, Spikeball, small kids slide in the bunk bedroom, wiffleball, paddleball & badminton. We provide (3) kayaks including a Lifetime Youth 6 ft kayak with paddle (130 lb. limit), 10 ft. & 12 ft. Field & Stream Fishing Kayak. We will rent a minimum of (2) nights in all months except for August which is a (5) night minimum. We would be able to further discount multiple weeks and for smaller groups.
