I've spent a lot of time over the last few months trying to better explain what I actually do, because my work has never fit neatly into one box.

My background in coworking, consulting, and commercial real estate has shown me that the business strategy and the real estate decision really aren't separate conversations.

Today, I help business owners and operators work through growth, operations, and the real estate decisions that come with both. For me, it's always about more than getting the deal done — does the space make sense for the business, and does the business work once you're in it?
