Stopped into the newly opened Barrel & Flask and had the chance to taste a special bottle from Garrison Brothers Distillery. The store is beautiful, and The Vault absolutely lives up to the hype.

Q1 Collier County snapshot:

• New supply remains extremely limited

The space is full.
Revenue is coming in.
But it’s not adding up the way it should.
