We had the best time surprising Jennifer Springer and celebrating the birthday of the incredible leader behind Orchid Realty International.

Jen brings so much more to this team than leadership. She brings vision, encouragement, energy, and a genuine belief in the people around her. She pushes us to grow, celebrates our wins, supports us through the challenges, and somehow keeps everyone moving in the same direction.

So getting the chance to turn the attention toward her for a change was pretty special. 🥹🎂
