Another YouTube success story! 🚤☀️

I'm excited to share that I just helped another boating family from Georgia get a beautiful Gulf-access home in Southwest Florida under contract.

Like many of my clients, they found me through my YouTube channel while researching waterfront living, boating access, flood insurance, and the different canal systems in Cape Coral. After reviewing several properties and discussing their boating needs, we found a home that checked all the boxes.

Finished another inspection and a couple of home showings today. It’s been a fantastic May for real estate in Southwest Florida, and I’m thankful for all the great clients I’ve had the opportunity to work with.

Now it’s time to kick back, enjoy the weekend with family in town and answer the call of the water. I think the boat is calling our names! 🚤🌴
