Our 3rd Quarter saw substantial activity with over $8 Million in sales and nearly 50,000 square feet leased, reflecting strong market demand. While cap rates have eased in 2025, lease rates have climbed, and leasing demand remains strong. With the stock market at an all time high and interest rates likely to decrease, 2026 is poised to be a pivotal year for commercial real estate, particularly in SWFL.
