Our Story
In 2009, my wife (Tannis) and I relocating to Southwest Florida. After arriving, for seven-and-half years I took on the role of Membership/Sales & Marketing Director at Old Corkscrew GC which is a Jack Nicklause Signature Design Golf Course. In those duties, I was responsibile for the SWOT Analysis (strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) where I studied all of private and bundled golf communities in Southwest Florida. You may be wondering where SWF is... Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Ft. Myers, Marco Island, Sanibel Island and Cape Coral.
Now a licensed realtor, that experience now provides me with valuable information and knowledge for anyone looking to purchase real estate in this region.
