A little update from Kalea Bay ✨

Residence 1804 at 13935 Old Coast Rd is now pending — not surprising given the 18th-floor views and the way this home lives. There’s something about that height and light that people respond to right away.

What I’m seeing lately is that when the right property comes along up here, it tends to find its buyer fairly quickly. And there are still a few beautiful options — some quietly available — that offer a similar feel and perspective.

I just closed a chapter that I’ll never forget. The seller of my last closing in Stonebridge was a Vietnam Veteran medic, and getting to know him was a life-improving experience. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Knowing the sacrifices he made, I worked my absolute hardest to make sure this process honored him and his legacy.

I feel so incredibly blessed that our paths crossed—it’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do. ❤️🤍💙

Oh, and he made me laugh every step of the way.
