📰The SWFL Report Newsletter John Paul was born and raised in Bonita Springs, Florida.

He was raised in a real estate focused family and credits most of his local market knowledge to that. He met Brianna in October of 2014 and they tied the knot in October 2019! Brianna moved from Middletown, New Jersey to Bonita Springs, Florida in 2014 and met John Paul shortly after. While studying marketing at Florida Gulf Coast University, she worked as the office manager of a real estate brokerage on 5th Avenue South in Naples. During her time there, she learned the ins-and-outs of real estate while also furthering her marketing knowledge. After falling in love with the industry, she decided to peruse her real estate license. She graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor’s from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2019 and transitioned into her career as a realtor.

We’re hoping this first cold front brings a taste of fall to Southwest Florida, just in time for Farmer Mike’s Fall Festival opening weekend!

FLORIDA FALL FRONT! 🍂🎃 New forecast numbers are out with lows in the 50s for northern Florida both mornings this weekend. 60s for most of the state with also lower humidity. Our coolest in months, enjoy!

Guess what Florida! An actual cold front is coming this weekend. NWS low temps here for Sunday AM showing 60's deep into the state. Low humidity and dew points will make many feel some cooler air most the weekend. Need to get some wood for that firepit! www.spaghettimodels.com

When naples_foodie and I do brunch, you already know we’re ordering half the menu…. for research purposes! 😅

Another Broken Egg Cafe SWFL is officially open in Naples, and this one is definitely worth adding to your brunch list. From cinnamon roll French toast and blueberry lemon pancakes to crab cake Benedict, steak hash and plenty of brunch cocktails, you can say that our research was thorough. 😉

The Naples location is first of four coming to Southwest Florida so keep an eye out for updates and follow for more places to try in SWFL!
