Good morning everyone! We had a blast this weekend at the Hyatt Vacation Club in Estero by the new Saltleaf development. Nothing like driving five miles to a resort!! I highly recommend checking out this pretty venue!!!

This “For sale by owner” has been sitting for well over a year. It is getting no exposure, it’s priced decently, but no one is buying it. Don’t make the same mistake! And yes that phone number is missing a digit…. With taxes and HOA fees, the owner paid more in this last year than he would have spent on an agent..
