My name is Mauricio Rivero and my goal is to provide my clients with superb service, while keeping them well informed and educated during the transaction process. I am very well informed about the San Diego local markets, neighborhoods and communities. I absolutely love what I do this is why I have over 15 successful years of experience in Real Estate. As your Buyers Agent – We will get together to explore your wants and needs in the most important purchase you may ever make. I will set up auto search in the MLS based on your parameters...you will receive emails alerts once something new hits the market in your criteria. We will go out and I will show / preview properties available in the market,…and if what you are looking for is not available, I can go that extra mile to research homes that would be of interest that are not currently on the market. Some of those homeowners may be interested in selling whether or not the home is listed on the market. As your Sellers Agent – Pricing your home is the most important step in selling it, I will provide you with comparables of the most recent homes sold in your area, evaluate and consider upgrades, views, repairs and others into determining pricing. I will market your property with lots of exposure through the MLS, do open houses, input your home in social media like You Tube and others, I’ll print color flyers and marketing materials. Now is a terrific time to sell & buy in San Diego on this current market. Historic low interest rates, Short Sales, Bank Owned Foreclosures (REO’s), Investment Properties and Traditional Sales. What are you waiting for? Let's talk or get together so that we may discuss your options. "When I serve you well, your referrals are the best compliment"
