Congratulations to our friend and client, Pat, on upgrading his home! ๐Ÿก๐ŸŽ‰

This one is pretty special for Jerett Dean Rion.

Heโ€™s known Pat for a long time, going all the way back to when he had him as a student at Mizzou. Fast forward a few years, and in 2021 we had the opportunity to help him purchase his first home.

Now, five years later, we got to do it all over again and help him find the right home in South County for the next chapter.

Itโ€™s pretty cool when real estate comes full circle like this. What started as a teacher/student relationship years ago has turned into a friendship, multiple real estate transactions, and hopefully plenty more exciting things ahead.
