After opening our own Mortgage Brokerage, it seemed like the next logical step was for our owner, Cheri Smoak and our current broker-in-charge, Kristen N. Conley, who are mother and daughter, to get their real estate licenses. Just a few short years later we also opened our own boutique real estate office and added that to our already family owned mortgage brokerage.
