What a pleasure working with these sellers who absolutely loved this property, but due to life changes were never able to build on it. Something like this may just cause the market to spike! More buyers + the same inventory = a more competitive market.

The first time the buyers lost their job just before closing, but I never stopped trying to sell it (it's not over until it's closed afterall!) so quickly we had another offer, but the second the buyers were unexpectedly unable to move to the area, so again I kept working until finnally, we received multiple offers!
