As the day that America celebrates 250 years, the festivity planning is in full swing.

The parade staging will begin at 1:30 p.m. with the parade kicking off at 3 p.m. on the 4th of July in downtown Bonners Ferry.

There will be floats, classic cars, bands, local businesses and more all set up to celebrate, and yes...there will be fireworks!
