The numbers don’t lie: When homes are priced correctly, buyers act quickly. There is a shortage/low inventory of homes in this price range - $350K - $750K.

In the $350K–$500K range, 55.6% of homes went pending within the first 30 days.
In the $500K–$750K range, 54% went pending within the first 30 days.

The first 30 days on the market matter the most. That’s when your listing gets the most attention from buyers. If the home is priced right and presented well, there’s a strong chance it will go under contract in that first month.
