It's always a great time to sell your home, but we always see an increase in spring. Here's a few reasons why spring can be the best time:

🌺April-June typically see maximum selling prices: Spring brings out more sellers and buyers to compete with. The increase in potential homebuyers means more offers than any other time of the year. If your property is an attractive option, you can expect bids to go up as people fight to purchase your home.

🌺More potential buyers: Mortgage companies see an increase in pre-approvals during this season with families' goals of moving by the end of summer. This increases the amount of people looking to buy a home.

🌺Better weather for moving: With the warmer weather in spring the housing market always sees an increase during these months due to the influx of eager buyers. Early spring is when most buyers begin their home search.

🌺Better curb appeal: With the sun everything begins to bloom, and the dormant winter soil begins to warm. Take advantage of this with strategic landscaping to make your home more attractive to buyers.
