Cedar Ridge HOA Welcome to Cedar Ridge! We are proud of our quiet, laid-back, kid/pet-friendly neighborhood. They created 91 home lots.

Our development began in 1990 with construction by 5 developers in what was then called Cedar Ridge Estates. The Cedar Ridge Homeowners Association(HOA) was founded one year later. Dubbed the "affordable street of dreams," Cedar Ridge was, and still is, affordable luxury homes on .20 acres or more in unincorporated Pierce County.

Annual Homeowners meeting at 10 AM, Saturday, November 4th, in room 302 (lower level) at BLHS.

2 other activities are happening on the same day, the Winter Bazaar and SATs, so parking will be tight; we encourage those who will be there to try to arrive at about 9:30-9:45. Both parking lots on both sides of the school are open. Entrances on both sides of the commons will be unlocked.
