Sometimes in a tougher market you get knocked down... and it is important to get back up and try again. That is exactly what we did here! When a buyer backs out of a transaction other people automatically think "What is wrong with the property?"... in our case those buyers just got cold feet. That doesn't magically make the nerves go away, instead it took some grit and determination to keep the showings flowing until we were able to secure another offer!

Happy to say that 11607 Golden Given Rd is PENDING INSPECTION once again! After all that work to get here... the work is only just beginning as we enter the escrow phase of the transaction. Praying for a smooth escrow to the closing table!
