This home was the right fit for everyone involved.

The seller needed to move closer to family and begin a new chapter. At the same time, the buyers were searching for something very specific. They needed space for themselves, room for storage, and the ability to provide a better housing situation for friends who were living in a very difficult rental. Another friend also needed a place to store belongings.

One property solved all of those problems.
In the end, this single sale helped four different families move forward in a better situation.
