It's that time again! Mark your calendars!

Are you one of those people who trolls MLS and Zillow...as a hobby?! 😆 I AM! (Please let me know I'm not alone! 👇) It's a harmless "comparison game" for me - really - and my thoughts roll through listings something like:
.."Ooooohhhhh, these photos show a great layout!".."Wow, I wonder who took their listing photos!".."Yikes, this empty one could really use our staging!"

But this NEXT thought? This is the one that truly makes me SAD for the home seller: "Bummer...with just a few hours of our time and magic, this one could have been sold by now!"

🤦‍♀️ Items that should have been put away, aren't.
🤦‍♀️ Furniture layout is wrong.
🤦‍♀️ Highlighted spaces seem downplayed.
🤦‍♀️ Personal items & collections are distracting.

The result is the dreaded SCROLL! (I know...because it's what I do! 💛)

The moral: Colleagues like our friend and professional photographer Andrea can only do so much to make your listings SHINE.
