Who else wishes they had his energy?! 🙋‍♀️ Honestly, this is as "day-in-the-life" as it gets around Sell It Well lately!

We've spent the last 3 weekends or so tearing down walls and building others so we can get ready to move into our newly renovated warehouse...all while running the home staging business during the week! Labor Day couldn't arrive too soon! Enjoy the progress! 😉

If you haven't been formally introduced: meet Dominic and Journey! These two met right here at Sell It Well Home Staging…and yes, they’re now officially our cutest workplace success story! We all love them to pieces! ❤️

BTW...the finished stage? It was BEAUTIFUL. The process of introducing it? A little less polished. 😂

If your house has been sitting on the market for a couple of weeks with few showings, no offers, or a whole lot of silence… something isn’t connecting. And it doesn’t necessarily mean there’s something wrong with your house...

It may just mean buyers aren’t seeing the value, understanding the space, or feeling enough of an emotional connection to take the next step.

Once a listing starts to feel - what we call in the real estate world - "stale", simply waiting another week usually isn’t much of a strategy. Sometimes you need to change what buyers are SEEing. 👀

That might mean:

→ changing the presentation.
→ improving how the rooms photograph.
→ editing furnishings or décor.
→ making a few strategic updates.
→ bringing in professional staging to completely reposition the listing.
