Family owned... not a management company. We have 104 years in Boone, and all of us went to ASU. We try to keep our places in better shape than the average rentals near campus and we appreciate quiet, responsible tenants that will treat the apartment as a home.
The apartment is not posh by any means... Sort of 1985 looking (because they were built in 1985), but we keep them maintained, and it's a great location - less than a block to campus
