We’ve rounded up all the events, vibes, and excuses to get out and enjoy High Country as we leap forward into Spring 🌿🍀
This weekend in Boone is popping starting with First Friday Art Crawl, Flannel Fest on Saturday at Appalachian Mountain Brewery, and Baby Got Brunch on Sunday. Benefitting the Colon Cancer Coalition, the Boone Brunch Crawl will be held at some of our favorite restaurants including fizzEd Boone, Wild Craft Eatery, Betty's Biscuits, The Social, and Vidalia Restaurant and Wine Bar.
Later this month is one of our our absolute fave events, Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour at Schaefer Center for the Performing Arts and Old Crow Medicine Show is gracing the stage at Appalachian Theater this month as well!!
Other festivities include The Meltdown Games at Appalachian Ski Mountain, A Blowing Rock Murder Mystery at Hotel Embers benefitting WAMY Community Action, one of our favorite local charity organizations!
We’ve also got Sunrise at the Swinging Bridge at Grandfather Mountain, Runs for Buns at Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and the 2nd annual Children's Art Crawl in West Jefferson!
