When one door closes, another opens... and fast sometimes!🚪✨

​Real estate can be a rollercoaster. We recently had a contingent offer on 1509 Benton Street fall through because the buyers' home in Missouri didn't sell. It was a tough break, but we didn't stay down for long.🙏
​The very next day, we had another offer on the table—and it was ACCEPTED today! 🙌
