🔑 Walkthrough Thursday: Don't skip the final walk-through! 🔑

​Closing day is exciting, but before you sign on the dotted line, the final walk-through is your last chance to ensure your new home is in the expected condition.

​Why is it so important?

​Verify Repairs: Confirms the seller completed any agreed-upon repairs correctly.

​Prevent Surprises: Ensures no new damage occurred during the seller's move-out process.

​Check Inclusions: Guarantees all items included in your contract (like specific appliances or light fixtures) are still on site.

​Test Systems: Gives you a final opportunity to test key appliances, heating/cooling, and plumbing fixtures before taking ownership.

​Catching an issue before closing gives you leverage to request repairs or escrow credits. Once you close, those costs fall on you! 🏠✨
