📜 Important Changes to Deed Recordings Starts August 5, 2025
A new Arkansas law (Act 752) changes how deeds can be submitted to the Circuit Clerk’s office
🚨 Here’s What You Need to Know 🚨
Starting August 5, anyone submitting a deed in person or by mail must:
✔️ Be a grantor listed in the deed OR have signed on the grantor’s behalf
✔️ Provide a valid government-issued photo ID
📬 (If by mail, include a copy of your ID)
❌ Deeds submitted without proper ID will be rejected!
