There are only 32 units available in Building 600 so spot will fill up quickly!!!

When selecting an apartment, the apartment remains available and visible to all other applicants until your application is accepted, your lease is executed and your security deposit has been paid. As such multiple prospective tenants may be applying for the same unit. In the event that someone who showed interest before you is approved for the unit you selected and you are also approved, you will be contacted and advised that your unit is no longer available. You will then have the option of selecting from a different unit that is still available. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience, but unfortunately we only have 32 Luxury Units available. You will also have the option of being placed on the wait list for building 700 once that comes online in March of 2022.

Unfortunately, the units are not able to be viewed prior to signing the lease at this time. Our expected Move-in Date is on or about December 13, 2021 (subject to change and availability).

We deeply appreciate your support and cannot wait to get to know each and every one of you as our new neighbors at The Point at Borden’s Crossing.

Team Campus Senior Luxury Apartments are coming along GREAT. The doors, windows, and bath tubs have been added in the interior. The brick is now being laid on the exterior.
