Housing market stabilizes in 2023
The New Jersey housing market is expected to stabilize in 2023, according to a new report from Zillow. Although the number of homes for sale is still low, prices are expected to rise by around 5%, faster than inflation. As a result, there is still room for price increases, but it may be limited. In addition, rising mortgage rates could impact the housing market.

Despite the slowdown in house prices, most experts believe the housing market remains strong and will continue to rise. Prices have fallen almost 8% since April. This trend is likely to continue until 2023.
