There’s just something so special about ending the week at the closing table… and this one was extra meaningful. 🤍

I am beyond grateful for friends who are truly family trusting me to walk alongside them in this journey. There is nothing I take more seriously than being asked to represent the people I love most.

We have been searching and praying over the perfect home for about a year… and then just like that—God showed up right on time. A sweet realtor friend of mine listed the one, and we ran out the door as fast as we could to go see it. The moment we walked in, they knew—this was it.

Of course, it didn’t come without a little pressure… multiple offers started rolling in quickly. But with lots of prayer, wisdom, and the right strategy, my clients WON their home. 🙌

And let me just say—this was one of the smoothest closings, thanks to incredible buyers, precious sellers, and an amazing lender, (Kelli Arthur Maggio) and a wonderful agent friend, who made the process seamless. When everyone leads with respect and works together for the greater good of the clients, it truly is a win for all.

God was in every single detail of this story, and getting to walk it out with people who feel like family makes it even more special.

As I sit here this morning drinking my coffee, I’m reflecting over these last few weeks—and even the challenges that have arose in the last 24 hours. The realestate industry is constantly moving even when most people do not realize.

The last few weeks have truly been a breath of fresh air for me in this industry.
We’ve had multiple contracts in motion with three different agents—four brokerages total including myself—and as many of you know, there’s always so much happening behind the scenes that clients never see. (Sometimes good, sometimes bad and sometimes just difficult). That’s part of our calling in this profession: to work through the challenges, solve the problems, and carry the weight so the process feels seamless for those we serve.

But what made these situations so special wasn’t that things went perfectly—it’s that people came together. There was no bickering, no competition-driven tension… just genuine collaboration. Every agent, every lender involved chose to work together with the shared goal of doing what’s best for our clients.
And because of that, we’re now getting to sit (or soon will be sitting) at the closing table, watching families step into their dreams. There’s nothing better than that. ❤️

I want to personally thank each of the agents involved—you know who you are. I truly believe it’s because of our shared faith in Jesus and our love for others that we chose unity over division. We lifted each other up instead of tearing each other down, and our clients are the ones who benefited most.

In an industry where you can quickly see the good, the bad, and the ugly, these past few weeks have been a powerful reminder of what it looks like when the best rises to the top.
Grateful, humbled, and encouraged. Let’s keep serving with purpose. ✨

To all of my fellow Realtors let’s remember why we do this and remember this is your ministry and please treat it in that capacity! It’s so much more than we can ever imagine, it’s NOT just a job, career or status building life. I want to encourage you that if you haven’t seen your profession this way to pivot and make changes for this! Change can be LIFE CHANGING and that is really why we are here!

✨ A Closing I’ll Never Forget ✨

This one… this one was special. ❤️

My family called me to help them list their home and find their next dream—and from the very beginning, this process was covered in prayer. Before this home was even listed, my sellers were already praying over the future buyer… not knowing who they would be, but trusting that the Lord did. And together, we made the decision to keep praying every step of the way.

And WOW… look what the Lord did. 🙌

This journey had its ups and downs. There were moments when we thought, “this is it, this is the one,” only for doors to close. But through it all, God made it abundantly clear when it wasn’t right… and when it WAS—oh, He made it undeniable. When the timing aligned, everything fell into place more beautifully than we could have imagined.

One of the biggest lessons in this journey:
A closed door is not always a “no” from the Lord. Sometimes it’s protection, sometimes it’s preparation, and sometimes it’s making way for something far greater than we can see. And He showed up in that truth time and time again. We even had a Testify session in the parking lot of the Title Company, basking in the goodness and protection of our God!

I am beyond grateful for my family for trusting me—not only with the sale of their home, but with the purchase of their next chapter. It’s an honor I never take lightly.

God is in the details… and this closing is living proof. 💛🏡

After over a year of walking alongside this precious lady, today we finally made it to the closing table—and what a journey it has been! 💛

From getting her settled into a rental to patiently waiting for the perfect home for her fresh start, we trusted the process every step of the way. And as it turns out, God had plans far bigger and better than either of us could have imagined. 🙌

Mrs. Yolanda knew exactly the neighborhood she needed to be in—we just had to wait for the right opportunity. And when it finally came, it wasn’t smooth or pristine… in fact, it was one of the toughest transactions! There were hurdles, delays, and moments where things felt uncertain—but with faith, perseverance, and an incredible team, we made it happen.

A huge thank you to Kelli Maggio for working tirelessly to make what seemed impossible, possible. To United Title of Shreveport for helping us push through every obstacle. And to Leia Burford for being an amazing partner on the other side and working so hard to get us across the finish line.

Today, we didn’t just close on a house—we opened the door to a brand new chapter. 🏡✨

There are closings… and then there are these closings. 🤍

This one was extra special.

I was referred to these sweet clients, and from the very first conversation we just clicked. You know that feeling when it doesn’t feel like “business” — it feels like family? That was us. Instantly.

Walking alongside first-time home buyers is something I never take lightly. The questions, the nerves, the excitement, the “are we really doing this?!” moments — I get to be there for all of it. And watching them hold those keys at the finish line? There is nothing better.
