From vision to reality… and what a journey it’s been. 🏡✨

Helping my client and friend, close on her custom-built home is one I won’t forget!

After dedicating 30 years of service in the United States Air Force, her goal was simple...retire near family and find the perfect piece of land to call her own. We searched, waited, and stayed patient until the exact spot she had been hoping for finally became available in a newly developing area.

From there, we interviewed builders, made the selection, and got to work bringing her vision to life. Months later, here we are. Closed and ready for her next chapter. Shoutout to Chris Harmon with the The Infinity Property Group for helping make this happen, from the land purchase to connecting us with the builder. Teamwork matters!

This process came with its share of waiting and moving parts, but it all came together with the right team in place. Her lender Victoria Roberts was amazing, and everyone worked seamlessly to get us to the finish line.
