Brought Frank Kelly out to check on progress at the now SOLD OUT Willow Creek in Benton. This one may be sold out but we have Crown Pointe 3.3 miles away on Old Plain Dealing Rd. But we have 6 of the 16 lots sold already. We potentially have 3 more subdivisions in the same area coming in 2022.

Good Morning Willow Creek lot owners , ok we are down to 1 lot left several lot owners are wanting to pony up $100-$200 apiece to stock the pond. If any of you are interested in doing this inbox me and I will see that it gets coordinated.

We are getting plans drawn and finalized with several lot owners to start the “ Cost plus” estimates to begin construction so if anyone else needs help just reach out to me.
