Today is a bittersweet day.

After 25 years of business partnership, 10 years of sharing office space, and 25 years of friendship, mentorship, and becoming family, a new chapter begins.

My business partner and I have made the decision that it's time for me to take over the office completely and for him to finally step back and enjoy a well-deserved retirement. No one is upset, and thankfully no one has passed away—this is simply the next step in our journey.

For nearly 70 years, he has been a fixture in the business community, investing in others, teaching, mentoring, and setting an example of what it means to be a good businessman and an even better person. While I haven't seen as much of him over the last year as his health has slowed him down, this is certainly not the end of our friendship.

I am incredibly proud and excited to announce that I am now the owner of 1105 Benton Road in Bossier City. I'm looking forward to putting my own stamp on the property, making improvements, and continuing to grow my business. I can't wait to get the new sign up and officially begin this next chapter!

As if that weren't enough excitement, today also marks the beginning of a new business venture with a new investment partner, and we're closing on our first flip house in Benton.
To my longtime partner: thank you for the memories, the guidance, the opportunities, and the countless lessons you've shared over the years. Your impact on my life and career is immeasurable. Enjoy your retirement—you've earned every minute of it.

And to my friends, family, clients, and supporters: thank you for believing in me throughout the years. None of this would have been possible without your encouragement, trust, and support.
