This makes buying a home super affordable even with higher interest rates!!!! I haven’t heard back from my Arkansas lender yet on their program but hopefully will have that info soon!!

You will need at least a 620 credit score 640 or better would be ideal

You will need about $1,000-1,500 of your own money for inspections and reserves minimum in your bank account

No recent bounced checks showing on your bank statements

No recent late payments on your credit history

To get approved you will need to provide 2 months pay stubs, two months bank statements, and two years of tax returns
