It’s not often we breathe quite THIS big of a sigh of relief at the closing table… but this sweet family home was not going down without a fight. 😂🏡

From start to finish, it seemed like every time we cleared one hurdle, this house said, “Oh, you thought we were done?” 😅

But some closings are worth fighting a little harder for. ❤️

Today, a wonderful seller(s) plus 1 in belly gets to close one chapter, a precious buyer gets to begin a brand-new one, and two very determined agents get to finally say… WE MADE IT! 🙌🏼🔑

No villains in this story. No one to blame. Just real estate doing what real estate sometimes does — throwing a few extra plot twists into the journey.

And in the end, everybody wins. ❤️
