Two recent sales where I represented my sellers with excellent results!

📍 50 Follen St #106: Sold for $715,000 off market to an existing tenant I had placed earlier this year. The seller initially tried using an agent from outside the city, but was unable to find a buyer. I moved quickly to prepare and rent the property in January. Last week I got my seller full asking price from our tenant, I’m very happy to be able to make this tenants dreams come true! This is my third successful listing and sale at 50 Follen St (Puritan Arms) in the last year. My expertise in the Harvard Square market makes me an excellent resource for my clients whether selling or buying.

📍 51 Hancock St #11: Sold for $620,000. The final property in my investors portfolio, all of which I helped them sell over the last year. We attempted to sell this property last season in a slower market, but without a ready buyer we shifted to renting the unit again in hopes that it would be more attractive to an investor. Happy to report we accepted a full price offer within 3 days of listing, the new owner was thrilled to have an existing market rate tenant which facilitated our quick sale.
