Friends, family and clients, listen up!

As of today there are 3,064 single families on the market in the entire state of Massachusetts. According to MLS we have less than 1 month(s) supply of single family homes (.98 to be exact) our approximate absorption rate is over 100% (102.2% to be exact). Historically anything less than a 3 month supply of homes is a sellers market, we are in an extreme seller's market according to the cold hard numbers. This is even with the current interest rate enviornment. What does this mean?
