Made a call to Shane Higgins, “we got to move, can you get them approved by tonight and compete with *big banks* rate?” “Done.” ✅

(we never heard back from big bank btw, could have cost us the deal).

“Now, before I go blind into this, I want to see it first. Meet me there before my flight at 2 tomorrow. And please whatever you do, DON’T act like you love the place.”

Instead of posting another success story I wanted to highlight the downs of this industry.

Sometimes, it doesn’t always work out. This deal fell through last night, buyer got cold feet and to say I’m frustrated is an understatement. Great Buyer tho, David if you see this, I wish you well finding your next property.

You’re looking at hours of unpaid work, contracts that got voided, money sent back to the hands who dealt it.. and me with my tail between my legs explaining to my amazing sellers who trust me, why this happened. Their response?

“You’re gonna do it.”
“All the faith in the world.”
“I trust you.”

That’s really what this industry should be about.. Trust.

There isn’t a single unethical deal I’ve had my hands on. I built my entire reputation on being transparent with my clients and as disappointed as I was dealing with this the last couple of days, honored this didn’t change a thing about my sellers confidence in me.

It’s not always butterflies and rainbows, it’s a lot of sweat and tears too.

Below me, is a second chance at a first shot to own a 2 bedroom in East Boston for ballpark $350k. Give me a call..
