From trash pick up to rotaries , every state has its own little quirks. These aren’t deal breakers, but they’re the kinds of surprises that don’t show up on a property listing.

Y’all heard it directly from Ginny Haskell’s mouth. Wakefield was competitive in 1985 and it STILL continues to be. Imagine if those buyers waited? Those 4 bedroom homes listed under $200,000 are now selling well over $1M. You do the math 🤯

I talked yesterday about how much my grandmother influenced my decision to get into real estate, and this article is just another reminder of how ahead of her time she truly was. Sharp, hardworking, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market long before data and social media made it trendy.

Some things never change in real estate in our market: inventory stays tight, buyers stay competitive, and owning real estate continues to build long term wealth.

Big news for MA buyers and sellers!
As of today, a new law protects buyers’ right to a basic home inspection. Sellers can no longer make offer acceptance contingent on waiving or limiting that right.

If you know the MA market, you know how competitive it can be — and how often buyers felt pressured to skip inspections.

The goal of this law is to protect the consumer.
👉 If you’re a buyer, it gives you the chance to really understand the home before purchasing without it jeopardizing your chance of getting your offer accepted.
👉 If you’re a seller, it can actually reduce your liability since the buyer is fully informed about what they’re buying.
